Good Looking Cooking

One of my many hobbies is barbequeing. This is a picture of a couple of pork shoulders I cooked. I used a recipe from one of my many barbeque books that I own. These two cooked for about 16 hours over night in my Weber Bullet. The Bullet is probably the best beginner smoker on the market but it can also turn out some of the best end product of any smoker as well. I love the thing and have probably close to 50 cooks on the thing. If you are in the market for a smoker you can't do better than the Bullet. There is also a great website http://www.virtualweberbullet.com/ that has forums, recipes, how to set up the Bullet. The website probably shaved about 1 year of learning off being able to use the bullet effectively. I have a family picnic coming in May that I will post pictures of that cook up as well.

Trip To Hotlanta

Hey guys. Here is the plane that I took to Atlanta. The weather out here is really nice. It was about 75 degrees when we landed. It is very green compared to Phoenix. The trees, bushes, and grass are much greener than back home. It is definetly a place that I would like to visit for a vactation. I hope everything is going well back home. Trey make sure you are obeying mommy and showing Tyson love. I am about to go out to dinner and will take a picture of the group and put that up later tonight or tomorrow morning. I love you all and will see you Wednesday.

Margaret Kuo's

Chad and I had a great meal tonight. Anytime I am in Philly we have to make a stop out at Margaret Kuo's. Kuo's is this awesome Chinese resturant that is in Wayne PA. Tonight we started with spring roles, ribs, and some really delicious Hot and Sour soup (Mommy does not like hot and sour soup Trey). For the main course I had some of the General Tso's Chicken and Chad had some Chicken and Egg Sauce dish. I absolutely enjoyed my meal but Chad did not seem to like his main course as much. If you guys ever come out to Philly with me we will be sure to stop here. I will take some pictures in the morning and put those up as well. Trey I hope you are obeying mommy and have a great sleep tonight. Kiss Tyson for me and I love you all.

Trip to Philly

Hey guys. Here is the airplane that I took to fly out to Philly. The ride was very easy and I was able to knock out some emails and reading on the flight out. Of course flying into Philly there was a hold up at the gate that delayed from getting off. This trip should be an easy one since I will only be here over night.
